Welcome to The Vision Hotel Services Supplier Management Programme.

As a company, Vision has a duty to our customers, staff and stakeholders to operate our business to the highest possible standards. This is seen as being particularly important in our supply chain management and it is our aim to maintain the optimum levels of business practice when dealing with our suppliers, contractors and consultants.

It is our policy that we fully understand each of our suppliers trading standards, product ranges and service capabilities so that we can maintain the very highest levels of quality and support.

Our Supplier Management Programme is designed and run to provide us with all of the key information we need to pre-qualify our suppliers as suitable companies to support our requirements.

Each Supplier will be given a unique log on number which allows them to enter onto the Vision online Supplier Management Programme. There are a set of questions which must be answered accurately and in full and these have been specifically designed to provide Vision with the critical information that they require.

Once the questionnaire has been completed and submitted, a financial report from Dunn and Bradstreet will also be completed, and then each supplier’s details will be independently assessed.

Providing suppliers have met the standards we require they will be issued with a unique MU Database number and will be accredited Vision pre-qualified supplier status.

Should a supplier not meet our required standards, then they will be notified and updated about our assessment.

Only approved Vision suppliers will be considered for the supply of products and services into the Vision estate.
We want to enjoy business relationships of the highest levels with all of our suppliers and we believe that to succeed in this we must first have an in-depth knowledge about all the companies we enter into and discuss business with. Additionally, by Vision managing a database of approved suppliers only our suppliers are given a better opportunity and will in fact be competing with less companies in the tendering process.

All suppliers to Vision must now complete, in full, our on-line questionnaire and make the on-line registration payment required. All payments are final and non-refundable.
